FAQ

You have questions? We have answers!

The less worn your climbing shoe is, the easier it will be to resole. For the best result send us your shoes before you wear through the rand. We can resole your shoe if the sole is still intact. We will also be able to resole your shoe if the tip is damaged but it is not completely open. We will not fix your shoe if there is a hole in the tip and you can introduce your little finger. Look at the illustration below for a visual reference.

We guarantee a repair in seven days. Once the repair completed we will return your climbing shoes by fast shipping. All you have to do is add up the time of your initial shipping and you will have an approximate amount of time that the entire process lasts.

It’s pretty simple, it depends on your preferences. Choose the XsEdge if you want a rigid and durable sole. Go to the XsGrip if you want a tacky sole that adheres well to surfaces. For more info go on lasportiva.com.

It depends on how well they are taken care of. We can resole some pairs more than 4 times, but we have also received shoes that were irreparable before their first resole. For more information about the condition of your climbing shoes, look at the question: Can KLMB resole my climbing shoes?

Unfortunately if you send us shoes that do not comply with our resole policies, we will need to recycle your shoes. For more information, see our terms and conditions section.

Nope. For the sake of quality, we only resole climbing shoes by pairs.
